Chef

Andrew Ponce, chef and founder of A Tí, is a second-generation Mexican-American born and raised in Los Angeles. 

With over 13 years of culinary experience, Andrew honed his craft at some of California’s most celebrated restaurants, including Bestia and the Michelin-starred Taco María. His cooking is a reflection of his heritage, deeply rooted in Michoacán and Zacatecas, while embracing the vibrant, multicultural food culture of LA. 

At A Tí, Andrew uses modern techniques and unexpected ingredients to reimagine Mexican cuisine, creating a menu that celebrates tradition and innovation in every bite.
